Dr. Shu Schiller

Associate Professor of Information Systems

Dr. Shu Z. Schiller is an Associate Professor of Information Systems in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. Dr. Schiller’s research focuses on virtual worlds, virtual teams, and computer-mediated communication. Her recent publications appeared in journals such as Small Group Research, Journal of Information Systems Education, Information Systems Frontiers, and Journal of Global Information Technology Management.

Dr. Schiller has been actively involved in graduate education such as MBA and Master of Information Systems programs. Dr. Schiller is the recipient of the 2008 National Award of Innovative Excellence in Teaching, Learning, and Technology. She received the SOCHE (Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education) Teaching Excellence Award in 2008 and the Outstanding Faculty Award of the Master of Information Systems program in 2009 and 2010.
