At the completion of this project, the Boonshoft School of Medicine will have a state of the art teaching facility for the first and second year medical students. This project will create new computer labs, teaching labs, and departmental offices for Boonshoft School of Medicine Student Affairs and Academic Affairs. An 18,000 square foot addition was completed in the fall of 2007. The addition included Anatomy labs, faculty offices, and a high tech, visually compelling 125 seat auditorium. The rehabilitation began in fall 2007 and is on schedule for completion in the spring of 2008.
