Handles the procurement of miscellaneous services. Also acts as the backup e-procurement system administrator and prepares reports as well as enhancements to the departmental web page. Provides customer service related to processing requisitons and orders within the e-procurement system. Provides assistance during training sessions.
Marty Gantz, Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Responsible for aggregating and analyzing total university spend and identifying opportunities for cost savings through the development of business cases. Presents opportunities for savings to upper management and makes recommendations. Also handles occasional special projects that require ongoing involvement. Also handles the daily procurement of goods and services in accordance with applicable rules and regulations in a cost effective strategic manner. Handles bidding, negotiation, and development of contracts. Fosters and develops relationships with the respective departments for which he continually supports.

Has oversight responsibility for the daily operation of the “WrightBuy” e-procurement system and provides customer support related to the processing of purchase orders. Also handles development of departmental reporting and training.
Lindsay Ramge, Associate Director, Contract Management
Oversees and manages contracts including both locally developed agreements as well as consortium contracts when utilized. Includes handling correspondence with both the contractors and the primary using departments; conducts random contract audits; handles service or pricing issues; and issues modifications to local contracts. Also has responsibility for departmental training. Develops reports and metrics related to departmental performance.
