Loan Entrance Counseling

If a student accepts a loan on his/her Award Notice, the student must complete Loan Entrance Counseling. When necessary, students who accept a campus-based loan must also complete a Master Promissory Note, Loan Disclosure Statement, and Campus-Based Loan Borrower Contact Information Sheet.

Note: Students must check their Financial Aid and Scholarship Requirements link on WINGS Express for these additional requirements after accepting a loan on their Award Notice. Federal and campus-based loans cannot be disbursed to a student's account until this requirement is met.
