INVADERS Database - database of exotic plant names and weed distribution records for five northwestern states and several Canadian provinces.

PLANTS National Database - USDA database focuses on vascular plants, mosses, liverworts, hornworts, and lichens of the U.S. and its territories. Very extensive collection of information on distribution, plant types etc.

Plant Fossil Database - Plant fossil database maintained by the International Organization of Paleobotany.
