The Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory was first administered in the Spring of 1996
and most recently in the Spring of 2007.  The survey is scored on a seven-point scale that
measures importance and satisfaction in eleven areas.

Summary Items

bullet Overall satisfaction is rated at 5.0 for Main and 5.5 for Lake
bullet Would they enroll here again if had the chance to do over is 5.0 for Main and 5.7 for Lake
bullet How has college met their expectations is the lowest at 4.3 for Main and 4.9 for Lake

What is important and how satisfied are our students?

bullet A "Gap" was calculated measuring the difference between how important an area was
and how satisfied students were
bullet Safety and Security was rated high on importance at 6.5 and lowest on satisfaction at
2.7 for the highest gap of 3.8, indicating students' parking expectations are not being met
bullet Instructional effectiveness and campus support services were rated highest in satisfaction
and fairly high in importance, indicating students' expectations are being met in these areas
bullet Campus life was rated lowest on both importance and satisfaction
