The Stein Galleries will once again open our doors in between exhibitions
for "Draw on the Walls." This annual event attracts more visitors
each year, and has become a favorite family event in the community.
Draw on the Walls is presented as a National Arts and Humanities Month
event.
Relics and Constellations: Hybrid work of
Paul Catanese

8, 2011
This exhibition will be the first in our region to mark a generation
of interdisciplinary artists that move easily between new media and
traditional art-making techniques. There will be a public lecture on
Sunday, October 23 and reception to follow.

Show of HeArt: The Foodbank InstallationNovember 30-December 2, 2012
Once again the Stein Galleries will be hosting the canned food drive, "Show of
HeART: The Foodbank Installation." Visitors are encouraged to donate
and artfully stack cans along gallery walls and pedestals. All donations
will benefit The Foodbank, Inc., Dayton.
Family Night

7:00 p.m.
Families are invited to stop by the gallery for an evening of art for
everyone; children participate in art projects hosted by SPARK Art Studio
in Kettering, while adults enjoy a wine and cheese reception and gallery talk.
Donald Beal and Anthony Fisher

2012
Donald Beal describes his work as non-object oriented and often paints
from memory. Anthony Fisher's work is very tactile and explores surface
volume and texture while abstracting the head and still-lifes.

The Stein Galleries will present an exhibition featuring works by Midwest
Painting Group artists. Artists include Megan Williamson of Illinois,
Bob Brock of Missouri, and Philip Hale of Ohio, among others.
