Check to see what information we have received (like transcripts, application fees, and additional forms ) and see if we are still waiting on any additional information. And if you have requested the information but don't see it checked in, give us a call. Sometimes it takes several days for the mail to get to us.
Get started by following the directions below:
Sign in using your User ID and PIN.
Your User ID should be listed in the letter sent to you. The User ID is case sensitive. By default, your initial PIN is 9 characters long. Please contact the CaTS helpdesk at (937) 775-4827 if you have misplaced this information.
Change your PIN and supply a security question.
You will be required to change your PIN before you can access the Admission Application Summary service. The system will also prompt you to supply a security question and answer. This information is used if you forget your PIN.
If you experience a PIN LOCKOUT, you will need to have it reset. You can do this by contacting the CaTS Help Desk at (937) 775-4827.
Upload a document for your application!
If you need to get us additional information to complete your application, use our secure Document Upload option in WINGS Express. No more calling to see if we received a fax or waiting for the mail to arrive. To get started, sign in to WINGS Express using your UID and PIN. Click on the Student and Financial Aid tab.
You can also authorize a counselor to upload official documents like high school transcripts. Look for Authorize a Third Party in the Student and Financial Aid tab in WINGS Express.
It will take up to three weeks to process the application once all required items are received.
Track your application status online once you receive your UID and PIN.
Attention male students: A law passed by the Ohio Assembly requires state universities to charge nonresident fees to male (Ohio) students who have not registered with the Selective Service. In addition, Selective Service registration is linked to many federal and state benefits, including eligibility for federal student loans and grants.
Federal law requires virtually all men to register with Selective Service within 30 days of turning 18. Males who have not registered with the Selective Service may register online at the Selective Service System Website or go to any U.S. Post Office.
If you have registered but have lost your Selective Service number, call the Selective Service System at (708) 688-6888 between 8:30 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a duplicate card will be sent within 10 days. For additional information, please visit the Selective Service System Web site.
