Academic Experience:

My career goal is to get into medical school and become a physician. The classes and professors at Wright State have been incredibly helpful in assisting me with my goal. Also, my premedical advisor has been a tremendous help by keeping me on track with my major and giving me helpful advice. I feel that she goes above and beyond to help pre-health students in achieving their goals.

Preparing for the Future:

I have had the privilege to do quite a bit of physician shadowing. I have shadowed an emergency medicine doctor, a trauma surgeon and a neurosurgeon. Shadowing has allowed me to have a glimpse at different medical specialties and has also allowed me to observe patient-physician interactions.
