How to Document Your Residency Request[ Request to Change Status
| Ways to Qualify | How
to Document ] Wright State University has a state mandated deadline for submitting the number of resident students enrolled each quarter and cannot approve residency applications after the deadline. Ohio Board of Regents Rule 3333-1-10 does not permit state schools to change a student's residency status retroactively. Responsibility for providing evidence of residency in a timely manner rests with the student. All applicants for Ohio Residency for Tuition Purposes (except active duty military personnel) are expected to submit documentation of the following by the first day of the term in which the student applies for residency.
These documents are considered evidence that you have established residency in Ohio. All requirements must be met and the documentation and application must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the first day of the term in which you apply for residency. Extensions of deadlines or waivers of documentation cannot be granted. Please be aware that these documents have been requested in order to
consider your residency application, and their submission does not guarantee
approval of residency. Once the documents have been reviewed, additional
documents may be requested in order to help you establish residency. |
