Atrium lounge on lower level in the Student Union
The renovation to the Student Union has created a Health-Wellness & Recreation Center in the
atrium level of the Student Union to serve a growing number of health conscious students, faculty and staff.
The project includes a new fitness center with multi-purpose rooms, new locker rooms, rock climbing wall,
student lounges, new student organization offices, squash and racquetball court upgrades, a Pharmacy and
new offices for Student Life, Student Health Services and Psychological Services. This two phase project
began in September 2005 and was complete for fall classes in 2007.
