Each year, over 120 children visit campus to take part in Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, a national program initiated by the Ms. Foundation.

Children come with their parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbors, and other important adults in their lives.

30 high school-aged Girl Scouts visited campus during the 2007 Take Our Daughter and Sons to Work Day, engaging in special sessions to explore their college options and get acquainted to the WSU campus.

The Women’s Center is proud to coordinate Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.

The Women’s Center is proud to coordinate Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.  The event exposes girls and boys to what the adults in their lives do during the work day and gives children an opportunity to share how they envision their future.
