Timothy R. McEwen

Tim McEwen was appointed student trustee of Wright State University for a term ending June 30, 2011.  He grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated with a B.S. from the University of Utah.  He earned a Masters from Wright State University and is working on his Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology.  His career goal is to become a leading expert on patient safety and organizational systems.

In addition to his studies, Mr. McEwen is a graduate research assistant at WSU.  He has served on the Screening Committee for the Wright State Institutional Review Board and is founding member of the School of Graduate Studies Dean’s Student Advisory Board.

Tim lives in Fairborn with his wife Becky and their 2-year old daughter Karen.
