ATTACHMENT A
Item of Discussion
The
Executive Committee requests permission from the Faculty Senate to create a
subcommittee of the Executive Committee and or other faculty as appropriate to
identify and draft “academic policies and procedures” that would
appear in a separate section of Wright Way Online.
The subcommittee will work with William Rickert,
Associate Provost, or the designees of the Provost’s Office, to agree
upon academic policies and procedures that will appear in Wright Way.
Further, all academic policies and procedures
that would appear in Wright Way will be reviewed and approved by the Faculty
Senate and General Faculty.
Further, creating an
academic policies and procedures section of Wright Way does not preclude the
revision of the Faculty Handbook.
