Fire Response Steps
What to do in a Campus Fire
One way to prepare for fire emergencies is to know the
different types of fire extinguishers and be trained in
their use. Under no circumstances should an employee
attempt to extinguish a fire, unless the employee has
already been trained in the use of fire extinguishers.
You can also prepare for a fire emergency by
knowing your building’s evacuation plan, and
by learning first aid.
