tattoo under his right eye, wearing a green polo shirt with Wright State

resident’s Hawthorn Hall room between 3:15pm and 3:30p.m. today. The male
told the resident to leave the room because there was a man with a gun in
Oak Hall. The resident did not leave the room, but did determine, through

Aggravated Robbery - October 15, 2007 at 1201
hours
A resident student and her boyfriend report inviting an “acquaintance”
into her room at Oak Hall. The “acquaintance” was on the phone with another
individual who arrived at the room a few minutes later and was admitted by
the students. The two guests began to argue between themselves and were
asked to leave by the resident. The second subject picked up an iPod,
laptop, and other property placing it in a black gym bag. The student
protested and was threatened by what appeared to be a handgun concealed
within a pocket of a hooded shirt. The resident student attempted to prevent
the escape and was pushed by one of the subjects. The “acquaintance” is
reported to have followed the second subject down the hall and left the
area. This incident is reported to have occurred on Monday, October 15, 2007
at about noon.
Suspect description:
African American male, height 5”5 to 5”9”, dressed in a black “hoodie” with
dark jeans, and sunglasses.
It possible there are two or more subjects working together to gain access
to the campus community and engage in criminal activity. There have been
other reports of property being stolen by two men who appear to work
together. The theft offenses occurred when one subject created a distraction
and another removed the property.
