  • Temporary Staffing Services
    In October, 2006, Wright State University re-bid and has renewed our contract with Resolve Staffing (formerly Belcan Staffing Solutions) as our exclusive partner for providing temporary staff. This contract is administered by the Department of Human Resources and the Purchasing Department.
     
  • Office Depot
    Wright State University has a purchasing agreement with Office Depot/Business Services Division as the result of a formal bid. The University's preferred process for purchasing office supplies is through the Internet utilizing a University Procurement Card from Office Depot's Business Services Division (BSD).

     
  • STATEWIDE HOTEL & CONVENTION RATES
    Special statewide hotel rates through State Contract Number STS530 available for use at many hotels/motels across the state of Ohio.
     
  • "Preferred" Travel Agencies
    Two "preferred" travel agencies that may be utilized when making airline reservations. These agencies also offer the opportunity to book out of town car rentals and motel lodging.
     
  • Inter-University Council Purchasing Group Contracts
    The Inter-University Council Purchasing Group (IUCPG) is a purchasing consortium comprised of the purchasing officers of the State institutions of higher education.

    The IUCPG operates under the requirements of the current appropriation legislation, The Ohio Revised Code, and the By-Laws of each institution's Board of Trustees.

    The price agreements issued by the Inter-University Council Purchasing Group provide an open and competitive forum for all interested vendors, comply with competitive bidding principles and provide significant cost savings and increased services to member institutions. Members are not required to purchase from the price agreements, they are a tool to assist the schools in their purchasing needs.
