After contacting Printing Services, please follow the instructions carefully.

If you encounter any problems with the installation process, please STOP and contact Printing Services at extension 2117.

When "DT Server" is highlighted, there are four items in the right column and all are checked. Only the bottom item, "135PS2", needs to be checked. Uncheck the other choices by clicking each item. When the two items in the left column and one item in the right column are checked, click "Next."

Next the Adobe Licensing Agreement appears. Click "Yes"

This is the last item that needs special attention. This box is labeled "Port Assignment". At the bottom of the box, a window says, "LPT1". Click on the arrow beside the window to view other choices. Click on the choice named "FILE". After "File" appears in the window, click "Next".

The new box is labeled "Start Copying Files". Click "Next"

The installer will finish copying the printing files to your computer.

You may get an information message at this point indicating one or more files are locked and asking if you wish to continue.
Click "Continue"

A "Setup Complete" box will appear with a check in the middle. Click the checkmark to remove it. Next, click "Finish".

The Xerox main screen will appear again. Click the line at the bottom marked "Exit".

You may now delete the xerox_win.exe program from your desktop. Do this by dragging the icon to your "Recycle Bin".

This completes the installation phase and will not need to be repeated.
