The Engineering and Construction Department provides support to the University by:

representing the University users to the architect during design/construction phases

monitoring project schedule, budget, and quality during construction

estimating, designing, code review, bidding, and contractor selection on minor construction projects

locating underground utilities

providing technical support for Physical Plant operations
