Year End W2 Letter

To our valued Employees:

The Payroll Department is preparing for the issuance of W2 forms for all of our employees.

2007 W2 Forms will be on-line available through Wings Express. An explanation of the W2 form is available on the Payroll Website.

As an added convenience to our employees, we would like to offer each of you the opportunity of receiving your W2 on Wings Express rather than a printed and mailed copy. This electronic version of the W2 will be available earlier than the printed copy, and can be printed from a local printer if desired. This printed copy, although a different format than the printed form, is acceptable for submission to all taxing authorities.

To take advantage of this service, type in the URL:wingsexpress.wright.edu, enter in your U-ID, and your password, Click on the Employee tab, Click on Tax Forms.

Then Click on Electronic W2 Consent, check the consent box, and click Submit. Then Return to the Tax Forms Menu.

To view your W2, click on W2 Year End Earnings Statement in the Tax Forms Menu.

Then select the year you would like to see. 2006 Forms are currently on the site.

These on-line W2’s will be available for viewing around the 15th of January.

If you wish to continue receiving a university printed copy of your W2, it will be mailed to your home address of record on January 31st.

While in Wings Express, please take the opportunity to also verify your W4 filing status, and your mailing address.
