Parking and Transportation

Visitor Parking Information

bullet Visitors and Alumni to the main campus may park in Visitor Lots 2 and 9 for $1 per hour, or for a maximum of $5 per day. WSU retirees may park in visitor lots at no charge with appropriate ID unless re-employed, then the faculty/staff permit applies.

bullet The booths at the entrances to Lot 2 booth (near the Student Union) and Lot 9 booth (near allyn Hall) are open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Friday. After the booths are closed on Monday through Thursday, a valid Wright State University Dayton Campus parking permit is required for a vehicle to be parked legally.

bullet Visitors who require a handicap parking space for lots other than visitor lots may obtain a permit at the booths located at the entrances to Lots 2 and 9.

bullet Visitors to the University Libraries may purchase a visitor-parking permit for $2 at the circulation desk in the Paul Laurence Dunbar Library.

bullet Visitors to the Arts Galleries may purchase a visitor parking permit, to park in the Art Galleries space in lot 11, for $2 at the gallery.  

bullet University departments may purchase in advance, visitor permits for $4 per day.
