Assistant/Associate Professor (Global Change Ecologist)

Education and Experience:   Doctorate by time of appointment.  For Associate Professor status: Ability to meet standards of department as identified in bylaws at http://www.wright.edu/facstaff/bylaws/biologicalsciences.html  Sufficient research experience to establish and maintain an independent, extramurally funded research program exploring the effects of global change on ecological processes in aquatic and/or terrestrial ecosystems at the landscape, regional, or global scale.


Position Description:  

Teaching: Instructional activities in the areas of ecology and biology.

Research: Conduct externally funded research programs emphasizing global change ecology including involvement of students in the Environmental Sciences Ph.D. programs and the Biological Sciences M.S. program.

Service: Participate in university administration and professional service.
