Wright State University Catering Services is pleased to present our catering guide. We offer services ranging from the simplest of coffee breaks and lunch deliveries to elegantly served receptions and dinners. Catering Services is ready to assist with every detail to ensure the success of your event.

If you require assistance in planning your entire event, contact the Office of Conferences & Events at (937) 775.5512.

If planning your own event, follow these simple steps:

1. Determine your event date and time.

2. Make your room and table reservations.
   
     If your event is inside the Student Union, call the Administrative Office at (937) 775.5524.

     If your event is outside the Student Union, call Conferences & Events at (937) 775-5512. They will make your table reservations.

3. Determine which meals and beverages you would like to serve at your event. The Catering Coordinator would be happy to assist you with this step.

4. Decide whether you would like linens, china, disposables, etc.

5. Choose a contact person and have available when you call their campus email address, telephone/fax extensions, billing information, department name, department's six-digit account number and campus address. Dining Services will generate the Internal Requisition for your function through the Workflow system. Please have these numbers handy when you call.

6. Write, email or call Madonna Leis, Catering Coordinator, to place your order. Be sure to give at least seventy-two hours notice for any catering event. If not, a late fee will apply, based on your event’s requirements.

7. The Catering Department will enter your event into the system and fax you an event confirmation sheet.

8. Upon receiving this confirmation sheet, read it to ensure all information is accurate. If so, sign and fax it back to Madonna at (937) 775-5835. If not, you must submit any necessary changes to Madonna in writing immediately upon receipt.
