Planning your event

Dining Services asks that you adhere to the following policies and procedures in exchange for the discount pricing.

Remember, advanced planning increases your options and our flexibility!

1. Determine the location of your event, what time it starts, and how many people you expect to attend.
2. Contact Madonna Leis, Catering Coordinator, at (937) 775-5690 to place your order or fax your order using the casual catering form, available at www.wright.edu/admin/foodserv/catering.

   Orders placed with less than 72 hours notice will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Orders of more than 30 people should be placed at least five (5) business days prior to your event. If you need to cancel your event, please allow three (3) business days to avoid a charge.

3. Make your selections from our delicious menu outlined herein.
4. To bill your department, we require your university department's six digit account number and the WSU e-mail address of th eperson approving the bill. Events will be billed throught the WSU Workflow system.
5. Please advise us of the time you will need your order ready for pick-up from Union Market in the Student Union. Make sure you have a place to hold all perishable items if they will not be served within one hour of your pick-up.

   Pick-up Hours:

   Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.

   Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m - 4 p.m.

6. Remember, there is no set-up, attendant, or clean-up services provided. We will provide eating utensils and napkins, but no serving pieces, bowls or tongs. You will need to provide these items yourself; so planning will be essential to the success of your event!
