As a result of the relocation of the Boonshoft School of Medicine admissions, academic and student affairs to White Hall and the Dean and other administrative support moving into offices at University Park several strategic initiatives are underway in this building.

The Enrollment Management Division of the Provost's Office has taken an office suite on the second floor.

The Student Athlete Computer Study will move from its location in the Dunbar Library to an expanded lab on the second floor in time for the fall term.

The Fordham Health Science Laboratory will be consolidated over the coming months with the Dunbar Library – the initial phase includes vacating Fordham first floor space to make room for six new general purpose classrooms – also in time for the fall term. These classrooms will be designed with flexible furniture and the "sympodium" technology (similar to Rike Hall).
