• Reconstruct University Boulevard from the point where the previous project ended to Loop Road. Realign the section between the Alumni Affairs Building and Loop Road, moving it to the west side of Lots #7 and #9.
• Redesign Lots #7 and #9, separating pedestrian from vehicular traffic and installing new lighting.
• Construct a "green wall" fence and hedge along the east edge of Lot #4 and on the west side of University Boulevard as it passes through Lot #7 to screen views from the road and to channel pedestrians to safe crosswalks.
• Construct a low entry wall across University Boulevard at Loop Road.
