• Remove Lot #17, the south service road, the Rock Road entrance and the gravel service road between Center and Raider Roads.
  
  
• Create a stormwater detention basin south of Russ Engineering and the Fred White Center to end erosion in the WSU Woods.
  
  
• Develop intramural fields on the raised "islands" in the basin. Plant the surrounding"moat" with native wetland species.
  
  
• Construct a low entry wall across Center Road.
  
  
• Construct an accessible pedestrian/bike/service trail along the edge of the woods between Center and Raider Roads to link the Nutter Center to the core campus.
  
  
• Redesign the intersection of Center and Loop Roads and the parking for the White Center (Lot #16).
  
  
• Up to 200 additional parking spaces may be provided in a lot on the southeast (front) side of the White Center if detailed engineering studies show that the size of the stormwater basin may be reduced from that illustrated on page 19.
