Color PalettesOfficial university colors are PMS 342 (green) and PMS 139 (gold), based on the Pantone Matching System® (PMS) by © PANTONE, Inc.
Two official color palettes have been selected to achieve maximum consistency and visual impact, with flexibility to address various audiences. All university publications that reach external audiences and which are paid for by Wright State funds must be printed in colors from these palettes. Use of official colors may not be feasible in certain limited circumstances. Under these conditions, acceptable colors will be selected by the Office of Communications and Marketing to maintain sufficient contrast and legibility for the Wright State University marks. Institutional Color Palette
The institutional color palette is to be used as often as possible for all university communications that reach external
audiences and for primary departmental brochures targeted to internal student audiences.
Secondary Color Palette
The secondary color palette is reserved for special uses, such as for the School of Medicine, and for
times when cultural, trendy, or realistic
uses (such as environmental programs) require the use of specific colors.
