Secondary Symbols
Secondary symbols previously developed for the School of Medicine, School of Professional Psychology, and Lake Campus already
existed when the Institutional Identity Program was approved and are retained by virtue of their grandfather clause.
However, these symbols are subordinate to and must be interrelated with the primary visual element‹the Wright State
University corporate mark. New secondary marks have been approved for the Alumni Association and the Ervin J. Nutter Center.
To ensure the consistency of the Wright State visual identity, the creation and use of any other secondary symbols representing
individual units is not allowed.
The secondary symbols may also appear on collegiate merchandise licensed by LRG (Licensing Resource Group). Anyone interested
in using these trademarks for promotional or resale purposes must contact the licensing coordinator in the Office of General
Counsel.
