Norma Holt Davis is the past President of the Cincinnati Branch of the NAACP. Davis received her Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati and her B.S. in Chemistry from Tuskegee University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
