University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC)

The University Study Abroad Consortium (USAC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing students with the knowledge skills, experience, and attitudes to prepare them for the global society of the 21st century. USAC believes this can be accomplished through study abroad. Since 1983, students from more than 500 U.S. and foreign universities have participated in USAC programs. Today USAC offers study abroad opportunities in over 20 different countries on 5 different continents.

USAC offers student two types of programs partnership and specialty. Partnership programs students are registered at the university abroad and their credit transfers back to your home institution. Specialty programs are an extension of US universities so students are registered at a USAC Member University (Wright State University) where their credits are transferred on the completion on their program. All classes meet or exceed US accreditation standards. Knowledge of a foreign language is not needed to participate. Financial aid is applicable to all of these programs.

More information may be obtained about USAC programs in the UCIE or online link to USAC
