Graduate Degrees, Programs, Licensure, and CreditClassroom Teacher Licensure ProgramsIn addition to graduate degree programs, Wright State offers structured curricula that is designed to qualify a student for teacher licensure in a specific teaching content area (see Education and Human Services section). The College of Education and Human Services also offers licensure programs for school counselors, early childhood intervention specialist, reading endorsement, pre-kindergarten education specialist endorsement, school administrators, school nurses (in conjunction with the College of Nursing and Health), transistion to work endorsement, career/technical education, intervention specialist: mild to moderate educational needs, intervention specialist: moderate to intensive educational needs, curriculum & instruction profressional development license, adolescent to young adult, middle childhood, and mult-age (art, Spanish, French). Licensure for music education is offered through the Department of Music in the College of Liberal Arts. The following endorsements are also available: literacy specialist endorsement, early childhood education endorsement, middle childhood generalist endorsement, transition-to-work endorsement, and TESOL Endorsement ( in conjunction with the College of Liberal Arts).
