LTC Arneson received a BS in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning from the
University of Wisconsin in 1975 and a MA in Public Administration in 1986.
LTC Arneson has attended the Signal Officer Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College.
His previous assignments include Professor of Military Science, University of Florida,
Gainesville; Doctrine Staff Officer, HQ, TRADOC, Ft. Monroe, VA; Joint C3 Staff Officer,
