Scholarship Officer and Assistant Professor of Military Science
 
Bio: LTC Arneson received a BS in Geography and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin in 1975 and a MA in Public Administration in 1986.
LTC Arneson has attended the Signal Officer Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College.
 
His previous assignments include Professor of Military Science, University of Florida, Gainesville; Doctrine Staff Officer, HQ, TRADOC, Ft. Monroe, VA; Joint C3 Staff Officer, Joint Interoperability Test Center, Ft. Huachuca, AZ, and the Defense Information System Agency; Assistant Division Signal Officer, 3rd Armored Division, VII Corps, Saudi Arabia; Assistant Division Signal Officer, 3rd Armored Division, Frankfurt, Germany; Operations Officer, 143rd Signal Battalion, 3rd Armored Division, Frankfurt, Germany; Brigade Signal Officer, 2nd Brigade, 3rd Armored Division, Gelnhausen, Germany; Assistant Professor of Military Science, University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI; Assistant Division Signal Officer, 7th Infantry Division, Ft. LTC Arneson has earned the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (3) the Army Commendation Medal (2), the Army Achievement Medal (3), and the Southwest Asia Service Medal with 3 bronze stars.
