Submission of Papers
Paper submissions are now being accepted. Full and short papers must be submitted using the easychair website.
Full papers: Full papers must be typeset using the Springer LaTeX2e style llncs for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (see http://www.springer.com/comp/lncs/Authors.html). The length should not exceed 14 pages. Submissions which deviate substantially from these guidelines may be rejected without review. Submissions will especially be judged for originality and scientific quality.
SHORT PAPERS: Researchers and practitioners are also invited to submit short papers or position papers reporting on interesting work in progress or providing system descriptions. Short papers are limited in length to 5 pages and should also be typeset using the Springer LaTeX2e style format.
PROCEEDING PUBLICATION: The proceedings of SUM2011 will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence series.
SPECIAL ISSUE OF INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF APPROXIMATE REASONING: After the conference, authors will be invited to revise and extend selected papers for a special issue of the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning.
