After a brief discussion by committee members, a vote was taken and unanimous approval was given.  This policy will be included in the “Responsible Use” section of the Wright Way Policy.

V. CaTS Updates

1.      Scott Rife discussed the WSU Workflow Project.  The first stage of this project was deployed on June 8, 2001.  The project represents the introduction of electronic forms as a replacement for paper forms presently being used in business processes at WSU.

2.      Donna Hamilton announced the implementation of kiosk displays at the Nutter and Kettering Centers. Due to the large amount of traffic at these centers, the purpose of this project is to tie these sites to the main campus. These displays will connect the user to the WSU main website as well as nuttercenter.com and wsuraiders.com.  KC should be completed by the end of the summer and NC in July.

3.      Donna also stated that due to numerous email and voicemail inquiries regarding accessibility, four open workshops have been scheduled throughout the month of June.

4.      ROX Update – Terry Anderson announced the following completion dates for some of the ROX features being offered to students:

a)      Password reset – Monday, June 9

b)      Bursar billing statements – Tuesday, June 10

c)      One Card monthly account statements – Week of June 18

d)      Registration information checklist – Early July

            e)   On-line registration and fee payment – Fall, 2001
