| The UTC was formed in 1996 to review and coordinate all
plans for the use of technology within the University. It includes the
chair of each college's Technology Committee (who is appointed by the
dean of the college) and appointees of the three vice-presidents, as well
as representatives from the University Library, Computing
and Telecommunications Services, Center
for Teaching and Learning, and the Technology Accessibility Committee.
