Present:  Kitty Friedman, Mary Kenton, Tricia Renner, Marty Jenkins, Terri Limbert, Tony Ortiz, Cindy Young, Karen Wilhoit.

Chair's meeting with Jaqueline McMillan
Kitty and Mary Alspaugh (CSAC) had an introductory meeting with Jacqueline McMillan, Executive Assistant to the President. Ms McMillan is enthusiastic about developing a partnership with both staff groups. She is open to the idea of attending a USAC meeting if her schedule permits.

"Issues '99" Survey
Response to the survey has been good, with approximately 200 returned with a week to go before deadline. Of those received so far, 60-70% include comments. Statistical tabulation and comments (edited to remove any information that could identify an individual respondant) are to be made accessible to USAC members. Council will discuss the final results at our February meeting and determine which issues/questions need to be pursued further.
