Classified Staff Advisory Council

Scholarship Information

CSAC (Classified Staff Advisory Council) is pleased to announce that we are offering scholarships for the next academic year (2008-2009). The number of scholarships awarded is based on the fundraising efforts of the Council, the contributions received from the annual Campus Scholarship Innovation Campaign (CSIC), and the number of qualified staff and student applications.   Applications may be picked up from the Office of Financial Aid, ext. 5721 or printed directly from our web site by clicking on Staff Application - Student Application. Scholarships will be awarded prior to fall quarter of the academic year.

CSAC STAFF SCHOLARSHIP - This scholarship is awarded to current classified staff members to encourage professional and/or personal growth at WSU.

Eligible applicant:

  • Must be a current classified staff member planning to attend classes during the 2008-2009 academic year, full- or part-time with a minimum of three (3) years of employment at Wright State University at the time of application.
  • May be undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Must have application documented from Human Resource Department

CSAC STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP - This scholarship is awarded to children or grandchildren of current classified staff members and retired staff members with at least ten years of service to encourage the pursuit of a college degree at WSU.

Eligible applicant:

  • Must be a child or grandchild of a current classified staff member who plans to attend classes during the 2008-2009 academic year. Sponsoring staff members may be full- or part-time with a minimum of three (3) years of employment at Wright State University at the time of the student's application.
  • May be undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Must have application documented from Human Resource Department

To apply:

  • Complete the application form and attach a statement of your goals including your intended major and how this award will assist you in attaining your goals, and a list of your extracurricular activities.
  • Submit the completed application form and statement of goals on or before Friday, May 23, 2008 to:
