TJ Hufford
Student Trustee
TJ Hufford was appointed student trustee of Wright State University for a term ending June 30, 2012. He received a B.S. in biological sciences from Wright State and is currently a third-year student in the Boonshoft School of Medicine. He is undecided on his specialty but plans to practice in the Dayton area.
Hufford is the president of his medical school class, a position he has held for two previous years. He has served as Student Government president, House of Representatives speaker, and is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honorary. He is an active member of the American Medical Association and the American Medical Student Association, where he served as vice president during the 2009-10 academic year. Hufford also is active in the community, volunteering with the Reach Out Clinic of Montgomery County and serving on its Student Board of Directors.
He resides in the downtown Dayton area.
