J. Thomas Young, Secretary

J. Thomas Young, an Investment Advisor and Community Activist, was appointed to the board in 2001.

A graduate of Miami University, Mr. Young has spent the last 17 years of his professional career in the Financial Services industry, and is presently Senior VP/Investments with Wachovia Securities, LLC.

Mr. Young has taken an active role in community service, providing leadership over the last 34 years to a variety of organizations, including Dayton—A Peace Process; Kid's Voting, Ohio and the Founder's Region; Sinclair Community College Levy; Human Services Levy; the National League of Cities' Small Cities Committee; the State of Ohio Insurance Advisory Council, to name a few.

As a father of two small children, Mr. Young also spends a lot of his time involved in his family's activities. The Young family resides in Washington Township.
